Historic Port Adelaide

Historic Port Adelaide was once known as a working-class suburb. And although it has kept its ties to its maritime roots it’s in a real period of revival. The current median house price sits at 470 thousand dollars, enjoying huge growth of 17% in the last 3 years. That statistic makes Port Adelaide one of the best performing suburbs in all of South Australia.

The Dutch Coffee Lab specialises in all things Dutch – like owner Toms Omar’s apple tart recipe! They also make a mean coffee and roast their own coffee beans. If you’re after a delicious taste of Holland – this is definitely the place to come!

Pirate Life Brewing is also well worth a look when visiting Port Adelaide. Housed in the old wool stores, it boasts a bar as wide as a cricket pitch is long!  They offer tours every day of the week, so visitors can get a behind the scenes look at the brewing process and enjoy a beer at their bar afterwards.
