The Hotel Grand Chancellor has just spent over $5 million sprucing up its 120 guest rooms, with environmental sustainability and comfort front of mind. The executive rooms, decorated in the colours of South Australia’s Outback, are located on the hotel’s top floors. They boast spacious floor plans, king-sized beds and brand-new bathrooms.

The palmed rooftop outdoor pool and spa area really is an oasis right in the heart of Adelaide’s CBD–heated in the cooler months, and just right in summer.

If you’re feeling active, there’s a sauna and 24-hour gym.

When it comes to refueling, in-house Seb’s Bar and Bistro Sixty5 will have you covered. The buffet breakfast is not to be missed, with everything on offer sourced from South Australia, celebrating our state’s delicious produce.

Speaking of food… if you feel like stepping out, Adelaide’s West End is literally on the doorstep. With vibrant Leigh, Peel and Gilbert Laneways just steps away – there are loads of spots to explore.

To make the most of the night, we joined Feast on Foot – an award-winning walking tour company dedicated to showing off Adelaide’s sights smells and unique flavours!  We sampled the food at Honki Tonki and headed to Bibliotheca and Cry Baby Bar for a drink or two.
