The Glasshouse Kitchen is back! It’s where the world’s best and country’s hottest chefs converge to create one-off menus and inimitable dining experiences.
Each line-up has been handpicked by Tasting Australia’s creative team: Simon Bryant (this year’s festival director) and Jock Zonfrillo. It brings together game-changing talent with South Australia’s premium product.

In addition to events in and around Adelaide, you can choose from happenings in 12 different SA regions, from the Fleurieu to the Riverland, and the Flinders.
It’s not just about splashing out – there’s something for every budget. Victoria Square has been transformed into “Town Square” once again but with a new theme – small plates. Handpicked chefs, winemakers, and distillers will be serving up maximum flavour at the minimum expense – it’s free admission.
