The brand new, luxurious Naiko Retreat on the southern tip of the Fleurieu Peninsula is the definition of solitude with style! Nestled into a hilltop overlooking its own private cove, and surrounded by two thousand acres of grazing property, guests have unrivaled views over the blue waters of Backstairs Passage, all the way across to Kangaroo Island.

To get there, you will need a four-wheel drive for the last nine kilometres of your journey – but it’s all part of the adventure.

Designed by renowned South Australian architect Max Pritchard, the retreat sleeps up to six in three bedrooms. All have glorious ensuites and stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the sea and hills.

The shared living area and enormous deck offer a front-row seat to the elements to be enjoyed in comfort in any season. The kitchen contains everything for the keen cook and if you don’t want to bring your own supplies, the fridge and pantry can be stocked for you by prior arrangement. Or, you can even book a personal chef.

Guest can enjoy walks on the Heysen Trail (which is right on your doorstep), a spot of dolphin watching, and in the future – massages and beauty treatments. Why not visit and see what you can discover at this truly unique destination?
