Michael visits Adelaide’s top rated 5-star hotel, The Mayfair, to meet some permanent VIP guests. On the rooftop, he discovers a bee ‘hotel’ – home to 40,000 very lucky bees. It was the idea of Executive Chef and bee-keeper Bethany Finn. Passionate about the environment, Bethany built the mini-hotel to help combat the global decline of bees. While he’s there Michael samples The Mayfair’s delicious, signature Honeytrap cocktail and some spectacular desserts made from honey, harvested from the hotel’s own bees.
